We are a dedicated group of food growers, producers, wineries, provedores, restaurants committed to presenting our products to the world! The clear pure air, sweet water and a climate of four seasons endows the Southern Highlands of NSW with a unique ambience.

Whether it’s prime beef and lamb, cheeses, berries, chocolate, truffles, mushrooms, wines, nuts, herbs, farmed barramundi, apples just picked from the trees, fresh seasonal vegetables, honey, olives table ready jams & chutneys, vinegars, the Highlands deliver them all!

Boutique cool climate wines such as Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay are produced by over 60 vineyards and reflect the unique characteristics and terroir of the region. A number of wineries have Cellar Doors for tastings and purchase.
